Query Page javascript broken on Internet Explorer 9

Description

There is an issue where Internet Explorer 9 HTML-escapes characters in the JavaScript included in the XSL template files. Specifically a test using the '>' operator gets broken by a replacement with >. This particular instance of the issue doesn't cause a problem. However, in recent checkins for SES-376, I have introduced more JavaScript into the tuple results XSL template with '<' and '>' comparisons. This difference in IE 9 breaks proper display of results. I have already coded and tested a fix which simply moves the JavaScript from these files into separate *.js files in the scripts folder.
