Parsing of RDF retrieved from server should not fail on incorrect datatypes

Description

With the changes in Rio parser verification settings, the HTTPRepository and SPARQLRepository now employ strict verification of all data, including data received from the server/endpoint in the course of retrieval/query operations. This should be relaxed: if the server happens to have incorrectly formatted data, the proxy classes should be able to accept it (perhaps with a warning), not fail.
